Learning Centre

The Learning Centre based on the top floor of the school library, is a place where a full time coordinator is available to negotiate contracts designed to meet the needs of individual groups. The A.M Program, SRC group and the Peer Numeracy Program are timetabled in the Learning Centre. The Learning Centre coordinator also conducts study skills workshops for Year 11 students.

HSC students who have free lessons during school time are timetabled into the Learning Centre to participate in a study program. Students have access to study materials, guest speakers, a youth counsellor and a full time coordinator that can assist them with such things as study timetables and general study skills. Senior students are also welcome to use the Learning Centre during recess or lunch for study and as a reference centre.
